Orders over Rs. 799 will qualify for free shipping all over India. Orders under Rs 799 will be charged for shipping depending on your location. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a track and trace number by email to follow your package along its trip.

  1. How long does delivery take?

After receiving your order confirmation, we will ship your purchase within 2-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package along its trip. We estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 working days of its ship date. 

Delivery times provided are estimations only and are not guaranteed.

 

  1. Can I choose delivery date or time?

No, your order will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed.

 

  1. Do you ship internationally?

 No, we do not ship internationally at the moment.

 

  1. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to ensure your hair accessories arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can get you sorted.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address.
